NutriWell Clinic offers online nutrition consultation, app-supported tracking, and wellness coaching. By booking a consultation or purchasing a plan, you agree to provide accurate information and use the guidance responsibly.
Plans include the support, review cadence, and app access described on the Services page at the time of booking. Consultation slots are reserved after successful payment confirmation.
NutriWell services do not replace emergency care, medical diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified physician. For service questions, contact support@nutriwellclinic.com.
